Application Consultant – DevOps – Senior VMware Engineer:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Application Consultant – DevOps – Senior VMware Engineer for a long contract based in London, UK

Its paying well and my client can interview asap!

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in VMware infrastructure design and administration
Expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and associated tools
Strong knowledge of virtual networking, SAN/NAS storage, and backup solutions
Experience with automation tools (PowerCLI, Ansible) – added advantage
Familiarity with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
VMware certifications (VCP / VCAP) highly desirable

Other Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 5 years of continuous UK residency

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with VMware NSX and VMware Horizon
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Scripting abilities for automation & orchestration
