The Role
The Estates Division is seeking a skilled and proactive Application Specialist to join our Business Services team. This newly created role is central to the support and development of our digital estate, with a particular focus on the Invida CAFM system and other business-critical applications.
What You'll Do
As an Application Specialist, you will:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Invida and other key software platforms used across the function.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage upgrades, and ensure systems are secure and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Provide training and support to staff, ensuring effective use of digital tools and compliance with data protocols.
- Analyse user needs and system performance to recommend improvements and drive digital efficiency.
About You
In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with
- Proven experience working with CAFM systems, ideally Invida, in an Estates or Facilities Management context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced IT proficiency, including SharePoint, MS Office, and Teams.
