As an Application Support Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for customers, helping them navigate technical challenges. Your role will include:
🛠 Supporting ERP Modules: Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, BI, and Supply Chain.
📞 Responding to Customer Queries: Investigate issues and provide solutions with care and professionalism.
📄 Documentation: Record problems, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
🤝 Collaboration: Work with colleagues and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
✅ A systematic approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
✅ Initiative and the ability to work independently or in a team.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, empathetic manner.
✅ Confidence managing customer experience under pressure.
Experience with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management software.
A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business.
Financial acumen or knowledge of management reporting.
Bonus skills:
SQL Server/MySQL experience, including scripting & Admin Studio.
Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, SSL Certificates, REST API, SOAP, Postman, SoapUI.
Experience with CRM, E-Commerce, BI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or EDI.
