IT Digital & Business Application Support Manager

Permanent | Hybrid (Theale – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Join a leading UK mobile infrastructure organisation as an IT Digital & Business Application Support Manager, where you will shape the performance, stability, and strategic direction of critical business platforms.

In this role, you will own and champion several core digital and business applications, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and optimal performance. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will define short- to medium-term platform roadmaps, support the adoption of new functionality, and identify enhancements that deliver measurable business value.

You will also be responsible for overseeing vendor performance, managing contracts, and working with Procurement to ensure commercial compliance, mitigate risk, and address service issues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise business-critical platforms and services
Provide strong technical and commercial leadership
Oversee service delivery, contract management, and vendor performance

Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Lead cross-functional teams and resolve issues proactively

Manage financial oversight and support commercial negotiations

About You

Proven experience in platform or service delivery within a matrix environment
Strong customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A-Levels (or equivalent)
ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certified

Desirable: Experience with BMC Helix, Unit4 Agresso, ERP systems, or Siterra Estate Management.
