The Rol
eLangham Hall is hiring a new Associate in the Regulatory Hosting team to work on Appointed Representative (AR) services. We provide services to entities needing regulatory cover for activities in managing and/or advising on real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt deals, sourcing and negotiating these deals and finding investors for funds and/or collective investment schemes investing into these types of assets
.
This role gives ample opportunities to undertake client facing work and develop key skills in project and team management. There is a generous provision for professional qualifications and the possibility to enhance specialisation or improve soft skills. The role will suit someone who enjoys a broad remit. Whilst the focus is our AR service line and clients, the successful incumbent will gain experience in wider elements of internal compliance and projects across the regulatory hosting function, which also provides host AIFM and Operator service

We expect the successful candidate will be familiar with the FCA regulatory compliance regime applying to these regulated activities and/or funds, whether as part of a specialist role or previous more general regulatory, legal or compliance experience. The successful candidate will need client skills and communication, an intermediate level of knowledge on financial services regulation and fund universe, organisation skills and teamwork.
