Level 3 Business Administrator

Ipswich - Permanent - Full Time

Background

R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our Ipswich office. This is a full-time onsite office position.

The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Electronic filing and scanning
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Admin support for our on-site teams
  • Collating and organising documents
  • Drawing management
  • Meeting & greeting visitors

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Good communication skills
  • Reasonable computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage large volume of emails.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills
  • Know how to prioritise workload
  • Full training will be given
  • You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship the duration of this is one and half years. Your continued employment will be dependant upon successful and timely completion of the apprenticeship.
