Join us as a Procurement Apprentice and take the first step in a career that makes a real difference.

This opportunity is ideal if you’re looking for hands-on experience while earning a recognised qualification in procurement. You’ll become part of a small, friendly team in the heart of central London, learning how government organisations buy goods and services responsibly, fairly and in line with the law.

Whether you’re finishing school, changing direction, or looking to build your skills outside of university, we’ll support you to grow and succeed.

As an Apprentice Procurement Assistant, you will:

  • Support tender processes – from planning and documentation to evaluation and delivery
  • Learn how to navigate the Procurement Act 2023 and internal governance rules
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams, helping build strong, ethical relationships
  • Maintain procurement records and contribute to reports and compliance checks
  • Get hands-on experience with contract handovers, planning, and risk awareness

You’ll spend one day each week studying towards a CIPS Level 3 or 4 qualification, with structured on-the-job learning and mentoring to help you apply your knowledge in real time.

What we’re looking for

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No previous experience in procurement is needed.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • Organised, with good attention to detail
  • A strong communicator and team player
