Project Controls Apprentice!
What You’ll Be Doing: (We know you might not have a background in project controls yet but we’d love to hear your passion for meeting deadlines and keeping a close eye on plans!)
Managing Timelines: Help keep our projects on schedule by tracking milestones, deadlines, and project phases.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Learn how to monitor and control project budgets to ensure we stay on track and avoid costly overruns.
Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential risks and help develop strategies to keep projects running smoothly.
Reporting & Analysis: Help create detailed reports and dashboards that showcase project performance, making it easy for everyone to stay informed.
Supporting the Project Team: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring everything is running efficiently and effectively from start to finish.

Requirements for the role:
- GCSE grade 4/C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
- Left full time education.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Must not have a similar qualification at a higher level.
Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £20,706 plus:-
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays).
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
