Protective Security Apprentice!
What You’ll Be Doing: (We know you may not have a background in security yet, but we’d love to hear your passion for spotting risks and overcoming these!)
Assessing Risks: Help spot potential security threats and work with the team to plan out how to tackle them head-on.
Emergency Action: Assist in managing incidents and helping the team react swiftly to any security breaches (think smooth, calm, and collected).
Security Plans: Support the creation and execution of security strategies to keep our people, premises, and assets safe.
Training & Awareness: Help train others on security protocols and procedures, ensuring everyone’s security knowledge is top-notch.
Report & Record: Keep track of security operations, incidents, and updates, ensuring all info is spot-on and up-to-date.

Requirement for the role:
- GCSE grade 4/C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
- Left full time education.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Must not have a similar qualification at a higher level.
Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £20,706 plus:-
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays).
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases

Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
