Quality Apprentice!
What You’ll Be Doing: We know you might not have a background in Quality just yet, but we’d love to hear your passion for attention to detail and standards.
Quality Assurance: Learn how to monitor and evaluate processes to ensure that everything meets high-quality standards.
Process Improvement: Help identify areas for improvement and work on enhancing procedures to make everything more efficient and effective.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into data to spot trends and generate reports that help inform quality decisions and strategies.
Auditing & Compliance: Assist in auditing products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work with different departments to support quality initiatives and implement changes that improve performance across the business.

Attention to Detail: You’re someone who can spot the tiniest of inconsistencies and take action to resolve them.
Problem Solver: When quality issues arise, you jump into action with creative solutions to ensure we’re always improving.

Communication Skills: You can clearly explain your findings, whether in reports, meetings, or working with other teams.
Driven to Learn: This apprenticeship is all about learning. You’ll be getting hands-on experience while working towards your Level 4 Quality qualification.

Requirements for the role:
- GCSE grade 4/C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
- Left full time education.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Must not have a similar qualification at a higher level.
Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £20,706 plus:-
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays).
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
