Responsibilities included and not limited to -
- Maintain documentation and ensure correct in-house systems filing.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents (e.g. vehicle inspection sheets).
- Create and process purchase and plant orders.
- Anticipate and act on site administrative needs to reduce invoice queries.
- Reconcile delivery tickets and raise any queries with site or finance teams Key requirements;
Essential
A keen interest in business administration and construction operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
Comfortable working on or visiting live construction sites
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
- Comfortable working on or visiting live construction sites
- Able to track and follow up on multiple streams of work without letting things slip
- Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites or to regional offices is involved)
