ARB Architectural Assistant - Part 2

Mossessian Architecture is looking for a talented ARB Part 2 Architect to join our award-winning practice in London. If you have strong design sensitivity and a passion for turning concepts into buildable realities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of design proposals, presentations, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct research, site surveys, feasibility studies, and precedent analysis.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit, Rhino or SketchUp.
• Contribute to concept development and design solutions in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Assist with the creation of project documentation and reports.
• Develop both digital and physical models for presentations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino or SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual and spatial design skills.
• Sensitivity to architectural concepts, with an artistic mindset.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute creatively.
• Proficiency with video making and/or renderings tools is a plus.

Right to work in the UK is essential for this role.
