Area Operations Lead to manage the delivery of reactive and revenue-based highways works for our long-standing partnership with

What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of reactive and revenue highways works
- Manage a £12m annual budget and ensure efficient resource planning
- Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
- Drive performance, safety, and quality across all operations
- Support out-of-hours and winter maintenance activities
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability and pride
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience in highways or civil engineering operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
