Job Title: Area Pallet Manager
Salary : £55,000 + Car + package
Locations: South West UK
Remote Role - once a Month in office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across clients to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Deliver training on clients standards and processes, supporting a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new clients .
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified partner prospects to support continuous network expansion.
- Drive service quality through operational improvements and the implementation of best practices.
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help achieve KPIs.
- Submit structured weekly reports to the Head of Operations, maintaining open communication to safeguard and advance clients strategic goals.
- Define and communicate clear performance targets aligned with clients Agreements and overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets effectively to support operational goals and financial targets.
- Identify and onboard new partners through strategic outreach, including lead generation and cold calling.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with depot principals and operational teams across the network.
Ideal Profile
- Experience within the Pallet Distribution Network
- Operations experience within a Logistics or transport business
- Commercially Minded with the ability to grow Contracts as well as onboard new ones.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Implementation of new process's as well as refinement .
