This exciting role entails promoting and specifying our illbruck product portfolio in line with the Company's core strategy.
Duties Include:
- Utilise CRM System and maintain dialogue with existing sales team to communicate projects opportunities.
- Utilise tools such as NBS/Glenigan to identify new target projects and specifier/contractor contact information.
- Develop sales presentations and written sales proposals to deliver our business proposition to a multi-level audience
- Assess competitors’ activity and to implement all necessary combative measures to assure market share
- Help the Division Achieve the ‘Sales through specifications’ target (including the GM target).
- Develop long term relationships with Architects, Main Contractor and Subcontractor Design teams and key customers where specification aids the Sales process.
- Understand technical drawings and section details and make comment/proposals bringing the technical requirement together using SB&I products.
- Build & maintain a short to long term pipeline of specifications and track these specifications through the companies CRM System
- Provide the Divisional Director/Sales Managers/R&D/Marketing with accurate feedback for the development of new and improved products
- Ensure all necessary administrative systems/ reporting requirements are met including appropriate reports, sales and product forecasts etc.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Experience within Specification Sales or Key Account management.
- Knowledge of the Facades/Window installation or products within the Built Up Wall.
- An understanding of current building regulations and building assessment rating models.
- Knowledge of CRM Systems
- Proficient with AutoCAD
