About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Works Coordinator to join our team in Euston Road on a permanent basis.
Your role as Area Works Coordinator will provide administration support to the regional operational team to deliver effective resource management and query handling for maintenance repairs and empty homes.

- Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed. procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Experience of working with databases.
