Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Arenas Casual Customer Advisor (Box Office) located in Birmingham. The Customer Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and tickets, assisting clients with their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves direct customer contact, offering support, and resolving any issues efficiently.

• A calm, patient, and professional manner.
• Working knowledge of a ticketing platform, ideally AXS.
• Be aware of client confidentiality whilst also being compliant with data protection policies.
