About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Consultant to work directly with our clients in shaping their AI strategy and adoption journey. The purpose of this role is to align with customers, understand their business objectives, and define how Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Microsoft Azure AI technologies—including Copilot solutions—can deliver value and transformation.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with exceptional communication skills, enabling them to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define their AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Advise on best practices for leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot, and machine learning frameworks.
- Design high-level solution architectures and guide technical teams in implementation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions to educate clients on AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to ensure delivery of impactful AI solutions.
- Stay current with AI advancements, Microsoft AI ecosystem updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with Machine Learning concepts, models, and frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI/ML applications and Copilot solutions.
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles, ideally in technology or digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with data platforms, cloud architecture, and integration strategies.
- Exposure to other AI ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
