This is a full-time on-site role for an Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor located in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor will be responsible for conducting Asbestos surveys, environmental monitoring, air sampling, and bulk sampling. The role also includes preparing detailed reports, managing projects related to Asbestos removal, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and liaising with clients to provide expert consultancy services. Additionally, the role requires participation in asbestos awareness training sessions and providing recommendations based on survey findings.
- Experience in Asbestos Surveying and Management, including ISO17020 and ISO17025 standards
- Skills in conducting Asbestos removal and project management
- Proficiency in environmental monitoring, air and bulk sampling
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
- Understanding of UK regulations and standards related to Asbestos
- Awareness of thermal insulation and water hygiene services is a plus
- Certification in Asbestos training such as P402, P403, and P404
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
