The Pharmacy Aseptic Unit at University Hospital Coventry is a specialised service preparing medicines aseptically as well as dispensing some Parenteral Nutrition products and a small range of other IV products.
Suitable candidates would be required to work in a cleanroom environment where duties are interesting and varied. Duties range from drug preparation, cleaning, stock management and monitoring of the cleanroom environment and equipment.

Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.

Applicants should have good communication & organisational skills; be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and able to work well in an environment of change and transition. Applicants must also have computer skills and be able to work well under pressure. Parts of this job are physically demanding.
You must be willing to learn and take responsibility, working well within a diverse team consisting of Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, Nurses and Clerical staff. You will also be expected to develop good working relationships with other departments within the Pharmacy and Hospital.
