About The Role
We are looking for Assembly Line Supervisor, based at our state-of-the-art factory in Barton. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the daily smooth running of the Assembly Line and Dispatch area.
- Ensuring all kitchen orders are assembled and dispatched efficiently.
- Ensure that daily team brief are conducted to let the team know exactly what is to be accomplished during their shift.
- Ensure that delegation is carried out with due care and attention to avoid undue pressure on employees working in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

- Good IT skills - strong experience of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
