We have a great opportunity to join our Assembly team, where you will be responsible for assembling, checking and modifying machinery according to build instructions, ensuring that all assemblies meet quality and safety standards,
The Responsibilities Of The Assembly Technician Include
- The assembly of new products including tractors and ground care products to customer specifications following build instructions, checking and modifying as required, within time limits, using hand tools, power tools and specialised equipment.
- To undertake pre delivery inspections on Construction machinery and engines and carry out any work as required.
- Carry out assembly tasks to meet the company’s high-quality standards on builds and pre-delivery inspection.
- On occasion, rectifying minor faults and carrying out routine maintenance on all the company’s products and accessories in accordance with published service requirements, to highest total quality standards.
- To identify and report faults on assembly builds and/or processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
