Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As an Assessment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end assessment process for candidates seeking RICS membership. You will work with volunteer assessors, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure assessments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with our policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Create assessment panels within strict deadlines and in compliance with rules and policies.
Ensure assessors and auditors have the necessary information to deliver high-quality assessments.
Process assessment results with 100% accuracy.
Support candidates and trainees with queries related to assessment requirements.
Analyse candidate and assessor data to identify potential issues, such as assessor shortages.
Collate and analyse post-assessment statistics to uncover trends and support forward planning.
Book ad-hoc assessments, secure assessors, and arrange suitable venues within budget.
Use negotiation skills to resolve scheduling conflicts and backfill drop-outs or deferrals.

About You

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are non-negotiable. You have excellent communication skills and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience in customer service and project coordination.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional business writing.

Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience handling difficult conversations and achieving positive outcomes.
