Are you passionate about macro trends, asset allocation, and delivering high-impact investment insights? We’re looking for an Asset Allocation Analyst to join our London-based CIO Office and help drive portfolio performance across multiple products.

What You’ll Do:

Analyse macroeconomic, valuation, and market behavioural signals across traditional and alternative asset classes
Drive strategic and dynamic asset allocation decisions
Present actionable investment ideas to internal committees and external clients
Contribute to client presentations, webinars, and investment forums
Support portfolio construction and ensure regulatory compliance

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in multi-asset investment products
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A collaborative mindset and intellectual curiosity
Deep understanding of financial services regulations
University degree + CFA Level 1 (or equivalent)
