Asset & Facilities Manager

The Vacancy

We’re looking for an experienced Asset & Facilities Manager to help lead the operational excellence of Uniserve’s extensive property portfolio.

Supporting the Property Director, you’ll take ownership of maintenance teams, supplier contracts, green initiatives, lifecycle planning, and more—ensuring our facilities are cost-effective, compliant, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the in-house maintenance team and manage service charge budgets.
• Implement procurement processes and oversee supplier relationships.
• Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Provide strategic advice on leases, compliance, and property planning.
• Manage group utilities and building insurance across our sites.

What You’ll Bring:

• Commercial property or facilities management experience.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, service charges, and H&S compliance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• MRICS-qualified or equivalent experience (preferred, not essential).
