3–6 PQE Asset Finance Solicitor | Leading Global Transport Team

A top-tier international firm is seeking a 3–6 PQE Asset Finance Solicitor to join its highly regarded Transport & Space group.

The team advises on a broad range of transactions across aviation, rail, shipping, and space, including:

Asset finance & leasing: structured financings, operating & finance leases, sale & leasebacks, asset-backed financing, EETCs, JOLCOs, Islamic finance, and ECA-backed deals
Capital markets & corporate: debt & equity financings, bonds, high-yield and structured products, M&A and cross-border corporate transactions
Restructurings & distressed situations: financial restructurings, bankruptcy-related issues, security enforcement, and repossessions
Space & satellite: project financing, M&A, regulatory, licensing, compliance, and risk management

The team works with a diverse client base including airlines, satellite operators, leasing companies, manufacturers, banks, and investment funds.

Ideal Candidate:

3–6 PQE with strong asset finance experience, ideally in aviation, rail, shipping, or related sectors
Experience gained at a top-tier City or international law firm
Comfortable working across complex, cross-border transactions
Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Interest in developing expertise in space and satellite finance is a plus
