Home based with some travel to ISS and client offices across the UK

ISS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join their central technical function to play a key part in the development of ISS' Technical offering, deployed across our biggest UK&I Accounts for clients from Banking to Government

This role is needed to lead the transformation and delivery of our end-to-end Asset framework across the business, ensuring alignment with ISO55001 along the way.

This is a high-impact opportunity to be at the forefront of our strategic evolution, leading change in how we manage assets across a diverse and complex portfolio.

Job Description

You will be required to deliver consistent, high-quality and compliant outcomes across contracts, while actively leveraging both products to drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and maximise commercial value for the business.

You’ll drive innovation and standardisation across a £1.3 billion organisation, influencing systems, processes, and the wider FM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of UK&I Asset Management and CEM strategies, ensuring all protocols, processes, and supporting systems are robust & aligned with ISO55001 principles
• Ensure systems and protocols deliver consistent, reliable outcomes
• Serve as the subject matter expert across the UK&I business
• Manage relationships with key strategic service providers
• Lead on the implementation of Asset Management and CEM solutions during contract mobilisation
• Train and mentor the technical community on central processes and methodologies
• Support innovation and rollout of technical FM solutions across the UK&I region

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Strong background in Asset Management and leading Asset Management frameworks
• Solid understanding of ISO standards (e.g. ISO55000 series)
• Experience within the Facilities Management industry
• Knowledge of Critical Environments would be ideal (e.g. data centres, hospitals)
• Confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
• Project Management experience preferred
• Ability to communicate with authority and credibility
