Job Purpose
As an Asset Manager (Vice President) within InfraRed’s Asset Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving value across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure investments. This includes core infrastructure assets (transport, social infrastructure and regulated utilities), renewable energy assets (solar PV, wind farms and battery storage), and digital infrastructure assets (fibre, towers, data centres).
You will serve as a board representative of portfolio companies and will be responsible for preserving and enhancing shareholder value. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and technical insight across the full investment lifecycle.
Key Job Responsibilities
You will champion best-in-class asset management practices at InfraRed and be involved in the management of a portfolio of investments as a nominated InfraRed board director, representing the interests of our fund investors and taking on the full statutory responsibilities of a Company Director.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience managing core and / or renewable infrastructure assets, ideally with board-level exposure.
• Familiarity with renewable energy investments and the energy transition landscape.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A track record of leading commercial negotiations and delivering strategic outcomes.
• High-quality reporting and project management capabilities under tight deadlines.
• Analytical proficiency, including advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple initiatives.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are desirable.
