Henderson Scott Finance and Accounting are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a fast-growing company in Warwickshire. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role allows you to make a meaningful impact in a successful and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accruals and prepayments.
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Cash allocations and banks
- Assist with monthly management accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims promptly.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Improve processes that require attention and strive for continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive problem-solving with excellent intuition for identifying issues.
- Proficient accounting skills to produce accurate reports.
- Ability to implement new processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
Salary up to £35,000 with full study support.
