As Assistant Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our UK operations, supporting the accuracy, integrity, and insight behind everything we do. Our Finance Team plays a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly and sustainably. We provide the information, controls, and clarity that allow teams across the company to make confident decisions. In this role, you’ll help bring that to life through the delivery of accurate, timely financial data and responsive support across the business.
You’ll be responsible for the preparation of monthly UK management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and variance analysis. You’ll also look after Accounts Payable, bank and multi-channel revenue reconciliations, credit card and expenses processing, and the investigation and resolution of queries that arise during month-end. Alongside this, you’ll manage the UK Accounts inbox, process weekly supplier payments, resolve creditor queries, and support the Sales team with customer account queries when needed.
