We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated assistant audiology IQIPs accreditation lead to join our audiology services. You will support the successful achievement of IQIPs accreditation over a 2 year period for Barts Health NHS Trust Audiology.

The Barts Health Audiology services run across 7 sites, Whipps Cross Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, Hackney Ark, Vicarage Lane, West ham lane, Wood street and Loxford polyclinic. We are an enthusiastic and friendly team of audiologists who provide hearing and balance services for the local adult and paediatric populations.

To assist with the project management and delivery of IQIPS (Improving Quality in Physiological Services) accreditation program across all 7 audiology sites at Barts Health NHS Trust. Support the Audiology IQIPs Accreditation lead to develop a strong culture of quality and project methodology to deliver IQIPS accreditation. Standardise ways of working (particularly from an administrative perspective) across all audiology sites.

Assist with document control, managing audit schedules, meeting minutes and monitoring key project timelines. Support the implementation of a robust document management policy and system across the service.

To engage with the administration teams to standardise admin processes, write SOPs for these processes and ensure they are complied with
