Fridge Raiders is all about flavour, smart protein, and snack-time innovation. We're looking for a passionate, driven, and creative marketer to support brand growth, executive standout campaign, and help bring exciting new ideas to market.

Purpose of the Role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the execution of best-in-class Marketing activity, ranging from NPD launches to new pack designs to BTL campaigns, ensuring everything is delivered to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead NPD and EPD projects, with particular focus on the artwork / repro and SKU setup processes, as well as contributing to Business Cases and performance tracking
  • Lead the development and execution of BTL campaigns, ensuring strong integration across the consumer journey by partnering with Shopper, eCommerce and Field Sales
  • Lead the brand’s administrative processes (e.g., Brand Scorecard, POs / Budget, Consumer Careline), ensuring everything is completed in a timely and accurate way

You Will Need To

  • Plan, organize, and prioritize to ensure activities are delivered on time and in full.
  • Consider a range of potential outcomes and develop contingency plans as appropriate.
  • Proactively align key stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external relationships.
  • Work well with other individuals, both in the immediate and wider team.
  • Galvanize internal and external stakeholders behind initiatives
  • Pride yourself on delivering high-quality work that delivers against stakeholder requirements.
  • Hold yourself and others to a high standard
  • Degree-level qualification
  • 1+ year Marketing experience in a FMCG organization
  • Experience of managing administrative processes (e.g., POs / Invoices)
  • Experience of developing BTL Comms campaigns
  • Experience of launching Innovation / Renovation
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams
