- Support businesses already located in Broxbourne;
- Offer opportunities for positive business growth with high-tech premises that are fit for purpose;
- Enable sustainable growth in local employment, creating high value jobs;
- Increase inward investment.
As Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll play a key role in:
- Supporting the Deputy Centre Manager in delivering operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
- Enhancing the centre’s profile and reputation locally and nationally.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including facilities, compliance, and contractor relationships.
- Driving commercial performance through the sale of space in the centre , marketing support, and community engagement.
- Act as the Deputy Centre Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth and effective centre operations.
- Experience in managing operational aspects of a high-quality business centre or similar asset.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Confidence in handling contracts, budgets, and financial reporting.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a desire to make a real impact.
