About the company & role
A global luxury travel organisation is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Company Secretary to join its London-based team. This position sits within the Compliance function and reports into the Head of Compliance, with responsibility for driving and coordinating a broad range of corporate governance matters alongside senior stakeholders across the business.
The organisation operates on an international scale, and the role will have exposure to a diverse workload, including support for board and committee activity, oversight of global entity management, involvement in corporate reorganisation initiatives, and contribution to worldwide corporate compliance across a large portfolio of international entities. The role will also provide assistance across wider compliance-related workstreams as required.
The business is headquartered in London and operates a hybrid working model. Attendance in the office for 1-2 days per week would be advantageous for this position.
What’s on offer?

The role offers the chance to work across complex jurisdictions and to play a hands-on role in enhancing and modernising governance frameworks across the group. You will collaborate closely with an established legal team, supporting them in managing workload and ensuring effective delivery of governance obligations.
About you
You will be a UK-qualified Company Secretary, likely with 2–5 years’ experience. Experience working with international entities would be advantageous, though at a minimum you will have exposure to board-level engagement and the coordination and support of multiple committees.
