About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Assistant ER Advisor to join our dynamic Employee Relations team. You’ll play a key role in supporting managers across the business, providing expert advice and coaching on a wide range of employee relations matters. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your ER expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment where continuous learning is encouraged—including support for CIPD studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of ER issues from start to resolution, applying your knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- Provide clear, practical HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Use our case management system and digital tools to deliver a high-quality, remote-first service.
- Respond to inbound ER queries via phone and email, offering timely and accurate guidance.
- Work across a diverse range of contracts and sectors, including public and private clients.
- Collaborate with the wider People Support team to deliver a consistent, customer-focused HR service.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in Employee Relations and Employment Law, with some practical experience preferred.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (we offer support for ongoing studies).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A team player with a flexible, solution-focused mindset.
