Description
To support the Farm Manager in all aspects of management with a view to maximising the performance from the farm. This will include the supervision of a small team of staff and assisting with all daily activities and routines carried out on the farm. Will provide full relief cover when Farm Manager is on holiday/and alternative weekends to include completion of all records and monitoring alarm systems.
To supply to the Breeder laying farm(s) the budgeted number of high quality, healthy, 19 week old pullets and cockerels. These birds need to be the correct uniformity, have followed the standard bodyweight profile, have the correct blood litre levels, and be produced at budget cost or below.
