Role
THE ROLE
You will support the Finance Business Partner in delivering high-quality financial insight and reporting. This includes assisting with budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, maintaining and updating monthly reports, supporting P&L management, and providing ad-hoc financial data and advice as needed.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working with senior management teams to provide ongoing, value-adding financial support that enables informed, sustainable business decisions; attending management meetings when required.
- Assisting in the analysis of revenue performance versus budget, and maintaining live forecasts across agencies in collaboration with client services teams.
- Providing insight into, and adding value to, Net Profit Per Client on an ongoing basis.
- Monitoring and reviewing management accounts against budget, understanding variances, and taking appropriate action.
- Producing monthly “flash” forecasts and performance analysis for the Group Board/CEO.
- Generating monthly Management Information for Senior Management Teams across the Group.
- Supporting the preparation of information required for audit requests.
- Delivering ad-hoc reporting to support the Finance Business Partner.
About You
You will be a part-qualified ICAEW, CIMA, or ACCA accountant with experience in management accounts and financial analysis. You should be analytical, confident in forecasting, and an effective communicator. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential. Most importantly, you’ll be a collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering work accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
