We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our highly successful hotel team.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager working in our hotels part of the University of Edinburgh Hospitality & Events collection, who display a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working within a diverse team. The successful candidate will be based at The Scholar hotel; however, flexibility is required to support our other receptions.
This post is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional development, take on additional responsibilities and support us to enhance our reputation under our University of Edinburgh hospitality and events collection brand which is expected to grow over the next years.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
The salary for this post isat Grade UE05: £29,179 – £33,482 per annum pro-rata if part-time plus 5% Premium band.
