What You’ll Do
As a key member of the IMG Studios team, the HR Operations Assistant will work closely with both the HR Business Partners and Recruiters to provide an exceptional employee experience to our employees across the EMEA region.
This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Accurately process all employee lifecycle events—including new hires, job changes, compensation adjustments, and terminations—within our HR Information System (Workday).
- Draft and issue employment contracts and other employee paperwork via our esign platform, ensuring all documentation is collected and recorded accurately on Workday.
- Take responsibility for processing and tracking pre-employment checks via our background checking partner and raising any issues with the HR Business Partners in a proactive and timely manner.
The ability to safeguard and maintain confidential information.A strong sense of teamwork with the ability to create, maintain and build positive relationships, both within the HR Operations team and wider HR function.
