You will be joining a very well-established and prestigious UK Law Firm as their Assistant Legal Cashier on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a collaborative and high-performing team of 6, you will report directly into the Head of Finance who will be there to support you with your continued professional learning and development. Based in their super modern Central London office 3 days a week, you will have the flexibility to work from home for the remaining 2 days.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for daily bank reconciliations, inputting invoices, paying suppliers, assisting with month-end billing, filing payments/receipts on a daily basis, liaising with Partners and staff within the firm regarding finance admin, assisting with the reimbursement of expenses claims, file closing, write-offs and performing the daily bank run for paying in cheques/collecting cash.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Billing and/or Legal Cashier role within a Legal environment. You must have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will be a flexible, adaptable and cooperative team player who can work independently and as part of a larger team. You will have excellent attention to detail and fantastic organisation skills. You will be a willing, proactive and enthusiastic individual with an outstanding work ethic and a demonstrable passion for pursuing a Legal Finance career.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £35,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
