Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Daytime Manager or Assistant Manager to lead the team at Notes Canary Wharf Crossrail.
If you thrive delivering exceptional customer experiences, love great coffee and brunch, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.
We are particularly keen hear from candidates with coffee shop manager experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manager or in a supervisor role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
