Are you passionate about climate action and ready to make a global impact? Join KPMG’s Global Decarbonization Hub (GDH) as an Assistant Manager and help shape the future of climate change, decarbonisation, and nature-based solutions.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside our Subject Matter Experts to support KPMG Member Firms in delivering cutting-edge Decarbonisation and Transition Plan services to our most strategic clients. From proposal support to global solution rollouts, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to lead the market in Climate, Decarbonisation and Nature (CDN) services.

What you’ll do:

• Support high-impact client proposals and delivery across global markets
• Help develop and roll out decarbonisation methodologies and tech solutions
• Collaborate across global ESG teams to ensure integrated, end-to-end offerings
• Contribute to thought leadership and major global events like COP and NYCW
• Build KPMG’s brand as a leader in climate and sustainability services

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in climate-related fields and decarbonisation strategy
• Strong business development and consulting skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for sustainability
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; modelling experience is a plus
