We are looking for Assistant Manager to join our New Malden team. At Foxtons, we work hard to achieve exceptional results, with industry leading technology, back office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on winning instructions, delivering the best service to your customers & hitting/exceeding sales targets!


Responsibilities

  • Increase market share
  • Conduct valuations and take on new property listings
  • Ensure you drive to exceed individual and branch targets
  • Deliver the highest level of service to all clients by yourself & team
  • When the Sales Manager is on annual leave, step in and manage the sales team
  • Assisting the Manager to develop, train and motivate the sales Negotiators in the office

About You


You will need:


  • Experience conducting sales valuations for residential properties in London or Surrey OR extensive experience as a Sales Negotiator.
  • A proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lease both internally and to external clients
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to demonstrate the determination to exceed targets
  • Full UK driving license - manual or automatic
