Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for an Assistant Manager Sales Marketing. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, supporting the development and execution of business plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will build relationships with clients, analyze market trends, contribute to achieving sales targets, and collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and managing relationships

Experience in Sales Operations and related processes

Proficiency in problem-solving and team collaboration

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

Proven experience in sales/marketing roles is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
