Flexible on location - this role will be a blend of working from current location and travelling to our properties so some travel to hotels is required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operational Finance Manager to support the financial operations across all of our hotels within the portfolio.
You will be required to support with enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.
We are looking for someone who will leverage their expertise in hospitality finance to collaborate effectively with hotel finance teams and central departments, driving improvements in financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, various finance projects, managing the hotel's PM's and auditing to name a few.
This role is essential in maintaining robust financial controls and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
