  • Creating, running, and delivering regular reports, including data analysis
  • Managing low-risk Employee Relations (ER) processes, and supporting from an administrative perspective with higher risk cases
  • Collaborating with the advisory group to ensure tasks, activities, and information are up to date
  • Working closely with the People Operations team to manage new starters and related paperwork
  • Coordinating with payroll on basic pay queries and sickness deductions

  • Assisting with research and ad-hoc project work as needed

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Proactive approach to tasks and challenges
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience working as part of a team
  • Experience in a professional office environment

What we can offer you:

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.

  • Hybrid and flexible working (2-3 days per week in the office)
  • 25 days holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)
  • Lifestyle, health, and wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP
  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse talent development team
