Job Title: Assistant Principal – Behaviour and Culture (Attendance, Behaviour or SEND specialism)

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £69,593 - £76,770 (L13 – L17)

Start Date: Easter 2026 preferred but later start considered for the right candidate.

Our Senior Leadership Team at Ellis Guilford School are a strong team of talented professionals who are passionate about creating an inspiring, positive and safe environment for our children. Requirements

To apply for the Assistant Principal opportunity, you must hold:

• An Honours Degree and Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience of middle or senior leadership within a school setting
• Evidence of successful and sustained impact within an educational environment
• Record of relevant continuous professional development (including a significant leadership / management component)
