Fellows are looking for a Assistant Project Manager. This is a full time/permanent position in West Kensington, London.

Fellows is a leading UK construction project and cost management consultancy based in Birmingham, London and Bournemouth. Formed in 2013, it is committed to reducing risk in all matters relating to property, while creating a sustainable environment for future generations. The company currently employs a professional team that provides a full range of construction and property consultancy services, from project management and employer’s agent services to cost management, quantity surveying and due diligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and maintaining project files.
  • Establishing document control procedures and utilising proprietary tools such as 4 Projects.
  • Collect actuals data and forecasts.
  • Update plans using Microsoft project.
  • Administered the compilation of reports.
  • Contribute expertise in specialist tools and techniques including tailoring recommendations suited to the project’s situation.
  • Maintain the quality register and maintain configurations item records.
  • Maintain registers and logs delegated by the project manager.
  • Prepare the team plan for agreement with the project manager.
  • Produce checkpoints reports as agreed with the project manager.
  • Plan, Monitor and Manage the teas work.
  • Identify and advise the project manager of any deviations from the plan and recommend corrective actions.
  • Help prepare appropriate plans.
  • Cost management and effective budget management.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant construction related degree.
  • Desirable experience of working on construction projects.
  • Desirable if Chartered/Qualified or working towards MRICS, MCIOB, APM.
  • Desirable PRINCE2 or Managing Successful Programmes Qualification.
  • CSCS Card desirable
