Overview
Communication Liaison: Liaise between the LA office and the London-based Global Operations team; help streamline communication and ensure follow-ups are tracked. Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, and support meetingsRisk and Quality Management: Help with risk mitigation, ensure compliance with company policies, and monitor quality control processesVendor & Contractor Support: Coordinate with external partners and vendors on scheduling, deliverables, and document collectionOperational Support: Help monitor facility needs, organise site visits, schedule meetings and support day-to-day operational initiatives as assignedAdministration Support: This includes but is not limited to calendar management for the Manager of Global Operations, helping to schedule and coordinate meetings, taking and distributing minutes from meetings (both local and international), organising and maintaining the global SharePoint, managing access for consultants etc.Project Management: Develop an understanding of the project lifecycle, including key stages such as due diligence, briefing, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover, in order to better support consultants and internal stakeholders.
