At OCU, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
This is an office based role in our Peterborough office.

This is an office based role in our Peterborough office.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams to:
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Support tendering and procurement processes.
- Help administer contracts, variations, and valuations.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Measure and value completed works for interim and final payments.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of cost control, contracts, and procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
